Regent Street

Located on a suburban roundabout in Sandy Bay, the extension steps up the slope, opening to the north for privacy and reducing road noise. Preston Lane modernised the property for a growing family, revitalizing the original home and adding a substantial rear extension. An existing two-level extension was removed to reveal the original dwelling and improve the connection between internal and external spaces. A new entry off Alexander Street connects to the new living spaces, while a side entry from Regent Street remains.
