Aldanmark was founded by friends and family with similar ideas in relation to what we believe is important in life. We grew up surfing and playing together in a small community and decided to combine our love of Tasmania and our love of the construction industry into a business that cares as much about people, the community and the environment as it does about making profits. Our fleet of vehicles are Hybrid, we carpool staff to and from work and encourage more physical methods of commuting where running, riding and walking are appropriate. We seek out opportunities to work with innovative companies and individuals on ground-breaking projects and encourage our staff to find passion and meaning in their work and life. We encourage our staff to improve themselves both physically through CrossFit participation and multisport competitions and academically through educational development and mentoring.
