Kangaroo Bay Development

Aldanmark in conjunction with Circa Morris-Nunn Chua Architects, developed the first proposal for the Kangaroo Bay precinct including civil infrastructure works, land reclamation and building design involving full engineering designs for a Building Application. The project was an ambitious integration between a training center and a commercial hotel which unfortunately had funding problems partly brought on by Covid.

Whilst the development was designed and documented ready for construction, the planning permit eventually lapsed, and a second scheme is now being considered by the developers and Government. Aldanmark remains involved with the development and has extensive knowledge of the site.
