Fairway Rise Lifestyle Village

Aldanmark were engaged to provide structural, civil, and hydraulic design and documentation services to Southern Cross Care over two major sites. The project spanned over 9 years and consisted of a 3 storey 60 room nursing home, 120 standalone self-contained units, two clubhouses, a large community garden, multiple roads, parking, landscaped grounds, and a major access roundabout. The apartments offer secure undercover parking with level street access. Due to the topography, the site posed several challenges with road and path grades critical in the delivery of the project. The site also fronted a major through road which required significant alterations and a new roundabout to ensure safe access to the site with significant traffic volumes in multiple directions.
