Bethlehem House

Completed November 2023, Aldanmark were engaged to provide structural and civil engineering services for a 50 room crisis care centre to be operated by Bethlehem House. The new building allows Bethlehem House to provide their services from a secure, state of the art complex.

Built adjacent to one of the rivulets flowing into Hobart, the site contained a number of archaeological ruins which were re-incorporated into the building.

In addition, the site needed to manage a significant Council Owned asset that controlled Stormwater through the site, as well as retaining a major road fronting the development.
